Pre-formed calendar hangers are available in different shapes and are packed loose in boxes or wound on reels.

Straight wire pieces are bent by means of the calendar hanger unit KAS on automated machines to the shape of a calendar hanger and and automatically inserted into the binding element before the open binding element is finally closed.
